Easy Southern Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 (20 oz) cans peaches
  • cinnamon , to taste
  • sugar , to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix 1 cup sugar, flour and egg together.
  2. Pour peaches in 9X13 pan.
  3. Pour sugar mixture over peaches.
  4. Melt butter and pour over top.
  5. Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Bake at 350~ until done (20-40 minutes usually).
  7. Fork to test doneness of dough.
