  1. Rim the glasses with the lemon halves. Place some sugar on a shallow plate and dip the tops of the glasses in it. Fill a shaker halfway with ice. Add the cognac, lemon juice and orange liqueur. Shake for 10 seconds. Strain into the sugar-rimmed glasses and enjoy!
