Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place pork chops in a single layer in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread silvered onions evenly over pork chops. In a seperate bowl mix diced tomatoes, diced green chiles and liquid smoke. Spread evenly over pork chops.
  3. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature of pork chops reads 160 degrees.
