Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick baking spray.
  3. Place each pita on baking sheet
  4. Apply sauce one tablespoon at a time and spread evenly.
  5. Scatter grilled chicken pieces onto pitas
  6. Distribute cheese covering completely
  7. Bake for 10-20 minutes until cheese is golden brown and bubbly
  8. Remove from oven and from baking sheet place onto plates.
  9. Take shredded lettuce and cover the top of the pizzas.
  10. Place fresh avocado slices
  11. Use the Pico de Gallo as a garnish
  12. Drizzle with a spicy ranch (This can be made with regular ranch and hot sauce such as: Cholula Hot Sauce).
  13. Cut and Enjoy!
