Easy Peasy Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 1/4 oz) box spice cake mix
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon baking chips (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix together the spice cake mix, pumpkin and water until smooth.
  3. Add cinnamon chips.
  4. Line muffin tin with paper cups.
  5. Fill cups 2/3 to 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
