Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup water

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in lg mixing bowl.
  2. Beat on med for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour batter into 24 lined muffin cups.
  4. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until pick comes out clean.
  5. Cool in pans 20 minutes.
