Ingredients:

  • 300 ml double cream
  • 1 tin of condensed milk ( 370 ml )
  • 1 pkt ginger nut biscuits

Directions:

  1. Cush the biscuits into small pieces in a bag l usually hit gently with a rolling pin,
  2. Epty into a bowl then add approx 100grms of melted
  3. Butter/margarine
  4. Mx together coating all the biscuit empty this into a 10
  5. Inch round dish pressing down the biscuit until the base is neatly
  6. Covered
  7. Ad put into the fridge whilst preparing the rest ...
  8. Ito a mixing bowl add the who 370ml tin of condensed milk, 300ml of double cream, the grated rind of 5 limes, and the juice of 5 limes and whisk until thick and creamy...
  9. Epty this on top of the crushed biscuit and spread out evenly pop it back into the fridge whilst preparing the chocolate...
  10. Ito a jug break up 50grm of chocolate and melt he microwave until melted usually approx 60 sec..
  11. Gt the tart out of the fridge ....
  12. Oce melted get a small teaspoon and dip into the chocolate and quickly with the run of the chocolate running back and forth across the top of the tart without touching it let the chocolate form lines doing this in both directions
  13. Pt back in the fridge to get nice and cold usually ready after 4
  14. Hours ...
  15. .can be kept up to 5 days in a fridge
