Easy Foccacia Bread

Ingredients:

  • 4 cup. flour
  • 2 tbsp. yeast
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup. cooking oil
  • 2-3 cup. warm water

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add the water, 2 cups to start, and oil.
  3. Mix until smooth (add more water if needed)
  4. Rise in the bowl for 1 hour.
  5. Place the dough on cookie sheet and spread evenly over the surface.
  6. Sprinkle dough with pickling salt and oregano, enough to lightly cover the top surface.
  7. Let bread rise 1 hour, on the pan.
  8. Bake 350F for 1/2 hour.
  9. Cut Bread into large squares.
  10. Serve & Enjoy!
