Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dump one can of black beans (juice and all) into your blender with about a half can's worth of salsa and blend
  2. Dump the results into a saucepan
  3. Dunp the other two cans of black beans into the saucepan with about a can's worth of salsa
  4. Add a pinch of cumin (to taste)
  5. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until it is warmed through and the flavors blend (it can keep simmering, no rush)
  6. Serve with a dollop of yogurt or sour cream, or a sprinkle of cheese, and chips on the side for dipping or crushing
