  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, milk and pudding mix.
  3. Mix until well blended.
  4. Fold in half of the non-dairy whipped topping.
  5. In a large glass bowl, layer bananas, wafers and pudding mixture.
  6. Top with remaining whipped topping and crushed wafers
  7. Chill well
