Easy Country Peach Cobber

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup oleo
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Drain Peaches,reserving 1 1/2 C Syrup.
  3. Melt Oleo in 9 X 13 pan in hot oven.
  4. Pour peaches and reserved syrup over melted oleo.
  5. Mix dry ingredients.
  6. Add milk, mix well.
  7. Pour batter over peaches.
  8. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  9. Bake 1 Hour at 350.
