Ingredients:

  • 1 can of corn either plain or mexican style
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp green onion
  • 1/4-1/2 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Drain corn
  2. Combine with other ingredients add enough flour till atter is thick and not runny, but still wet
  3. Place pancake sized dollops in nonstick skillet over med-highand flip after 3-4 min or when golden brown.
  4. Seve hot! MMMMMMM!
