Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • filling
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tea pure vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • topping
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 375
  2. Combine the ingredients for the crust and place in pie pan be sure to go up the sides. Bake for 8 min.
  3. Meanwhile in large bowl cream together cream cheese and sugar beating well, add eggs one at a time then vanilla.
  4. Pour on top of crust and bake for 20 minutes
  5. Combine ingredients for topping; pour over cheese cake increase heat to 475 and bake for 5 more minutes.
  6. Chill for several hours.
