Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soften cream cheese in microwave 30-45 seconds.
  2. Stir.
  3. Add shredded cheese.
  4. Microwave 60-90 seconds.
  5. Stir.
  6. Add butter, lemon juice and onion.
  7. Stir.
  8. Put into a bowl that has plastic wrap in the bottom.
  9. Wrap tightly and refrig.
  10. Unwrap and put on plate.
  11. Serve with crackers.
