Ingredients:

  1. Cut the cabbage leaves into small pieces.
  2. Slice the onions into small pieces.
  3. Cut the green chillies as well.
  4. Mix the cut cabbage leaves, onions, green chillies with salt and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour the wheat flour and cumin seeds over it.
  6. Make a dough with water.
  7. It should be thick like vada batter.
  8. Heat the oil in a kadai.
  9. Take some water in a bowl.
  10. Dip your hand in the water and shape the batter like a vada.
  11. Carefully lower it in the hot oil.
  12. Again dip your hand in the water and continue the process.
  13. If you find that the batter is wattery you can add some more wheat flour and salt.
  14. Remove the vadas when they are golden brown.
  15. Enjoy it with Ketchup or Chutney.
