Ingredients:

  • 10 plum tomatoes
  • 2 ugly or large beef stake tomatoes
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 medium sized block of extra sharp provolone cheese
  • 1 large bottle ken's lite caesar dressing
  • 1 loaf french bread

Directions:

  1. Dice all ingredients by hand
  2. Mix in a large mixing bowl
  3. Cover with Dressing
  4. Chill 15 minutes and serve with sliced French Bread
