Ingredients:

  • 1 whole a bout a 4 & 1/2 lb chicken
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 emeril's essence

Directions:

  1. PRE HEAT OVEN TO 425
  2. Season with Essence, salt and pepper
  3. Cook Breast side down for 1 hour and 15 minutes
  4. Remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes
