Easy-Bake Oven Pink Sparkles Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 4 tsp shortening
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp milk
  • colored crystal sugar (for decoration)

Directions:

  1. Stir together shortening, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread 2 teaspoons of frosting on top of 1st layer.
  3. Add 2nd layer and continue frosting.
  4. Sprinkle with colored crystal sugars.
  5. Frosts a 2 layer cake.
