Easy Apple-cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • topping
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup butter, cubed

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 F ( I used 350 F, 400 would burn them in my oven.) Grease muffin pan or line pan with muffin liners.
  2. For muffins; Stir together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix in the oil, egg and milk. Fold in the chopped apples.
  3. Spoon batter into the greased or lined muffin cups.
  4. For topping; Mix all ingredents in a small bowl. Mix with a fork.
  5. Spinkle topping over the unbaked muffins.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
