Ingredients:

  • 6 oz e. guittard 72% cacao bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 6 oz e. guittard 38% cacao milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup brandy

Directions:

  1. Melt all ingredients in a double broiler.
  2. Serve with pretzels, cake, fruit or whatever else you like.
