Dutch Funnel Cake for a Group

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs, add milk and vanilla and beat again.
  2. Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl.
  3. Add egg mixture and beat until smooth.
  4. Heat oil to 400 degree.
  5. Pour 1/2 cup of batter into a funnel.
  6. Let butter drizzle into hot oil starting at the center and expanding in a circular motion, crosscrossing with the last bit of batter.
  7. Brown on both sides.
  8. Drain on paper towels.
  9. Sprinkle with powdwered sugar.
