Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix vanilla wafers, 2/3 cup of the peanuts, and butter together.
  2. Pat in a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth.
  6. Fold in 2 cups cool whip.
  7. Layer over crumb crust and refrigerate.
  8. Meanwhile, mix pudding and milk together.
  9. Pour over layers in pan.
  10. Refrigerate until set.
  11. Spread remaining 2 cups coolwhip over pudding mixture.
  12. Top with remaining peanuts.
  13. Grate chocolate bar over top.
  14. Cover and place in freezer.
  15. This may be served directly from freezer or after sitting at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
