Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mince olives or chop real fine
  2. Blot chopped olives with a paper towel
  3. Cream together cheese, olives and garlic
  4. Let stand at least 1 hour to let flavors blend
  5. Take 2 slices of the dried beef (so its doubled up)
  6. Spread thin layer of cheese mixture on top of beef
  7. Roll up into a log
  8. Let logs sit in refrigerator overnight
  9. Then cut logs into bite sized pieces and serve
