Ingredients:

  • 5 cloves roasted garlic
  • 2 tsp. margarine
  • 1/3 cup. flour
  • 2 cups 1% fat milk
  • 1 lb. pasta

Directions:

  1. Roast garlic in 424º oven 30 mins
  2. Brown sausage and add herbs
  3. Cook pasta
  4. Make sauce
  5. Add everything together in baking pan
  6. Bake about 30 mins in 350º oven
