Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Mix dry ingredients in bowl set aside.
  3. Cream sugar and margarine in large bowl.
  4. Add eggs and mix.
  5. Alternate milk and flour mixture.
  6. Pour mix in 3/4 full large muffin pans.
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes
  8. Let cool and ip in melted butter and then in sugar cinnamon mixture.
