Ingredients:

  • 1 turkey carcass, practically picked clean
  • 1 sprig thyme

Directions:

  1. Toss everything into a large stock pot.
  2. Add enough water to cover.
  3. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer.
  4. Simmer for 1 hour.
  5. Strain.
