Doggie Peanut Butter Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Mix flour and baking soda.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into greased 8 round cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Frosting ideas: cream cheese, peanut butter, yogurt, Neufchatel cheese or cottage cheese. Stiffen icing with meringue powder, which is basically powdered egg whites.
