  1. Grind Oreo’s into a fine powder.
  2. Cream together margarine, cream cheese and sugar with a beater until mixed together smoothly.
  3. Mix pudding and milk together; fold in Cool-Whip.
  4. Combine cream cheese mixture and pudding mixture.
  5. In a bowl layer Oreo’s and then pudding mixture until finished.
