Ingredients:

  • 3 qts. water
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1tsp. dried dillweed
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper

Directions:

  1. Bring water to a boil in soup pot. Meanwhile,place all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl;mix by hand until well blended. Put a heaping Tbsp. of dough into the boiling water. Repeat till all the dough is used up. Cover the pot tightly;reduce the heat to low and simmer 12-15 mins.,or till the dumplings are shiny white.
  2. Top with butter or your favorite homemade or bottled gravy.
