Dilly Onion Humpty Dumpty Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz ground chicken breast (or fully-grown humpty)
  • 1/4 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill

Directions:

  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients thoroughly, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Mix the ground Humpty, breadcrumbs, dill and thyme well and make into patties.
  3. Grill, broil or fry until desired doneness.
  4. Pour the sauce over the Humpty Dumpty burgers and enjoy.
