Dill Potato Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add potatoes to a large pot and cover with water.
  2. Boil until fork tender. Return to pot, add butter, and allow to melt. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl mix together mayonnaise, mustard, pickle juice, garlic salt, black pepper, and dill weed until combined.
  4. Add mayonnaise mixture to potatoes with boiled eggs, diced celery and diced onion. Stir to combine.
  5. We serve while warm or room temperature but you can chill then serve if you prefer.
  6. Note: Depending on the size of you potatoes you may have to increase the amount of your mayonnaise to make the potato salad creamy. .
