Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup splenda granular
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Mix softened margarine, sugar and splenda til fluffy.
  2. Add egg and vanilla.
  3. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
  4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper lined sheet.
  5. Bake 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
