Devil's Smoothie - Cure for the Common Cold

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups lemon ginger echinacea juice (by r.w. knudsen )
  • 1 tbsp sized chunk fresh gingerroot
  • 4 average sized fresh garlic cloves
  • 4 squirts of echinacea extract

Directions:

  1. Add Lemon Ginger Echinacea juice to the blender.
  2. Add cranberry juice.
  3. Squeeze lemons directly into the blender, remove the seeds.
  4. Peel the ginger root and cut into small chucks and add to blender.
  5. Repeat with garlic cloves.
  6. Add Echinacea extract.
  7. Blend well. Drink will be pink and have a frothy head.
  8. You may drink it at this point or strain it to remove unblended ginger and garlic.
