Ingredients:

  • mayo (2-3 tbsp)
  • mustard (2 tsp)
  • sweet relish (3 tsps) (you can use dill if you prefer a little more tartness)
  • juice from the relish jar (a must)
  • salt (optional depending on what mayo you use - dukes is a little salty)
  • paprika (optional)

Directions:

  1. Boil eggs (5 minutes for soft boiled - 15 for hard)
  2. Let sit off burner for about for 15 to 25 minutes with lid on to finish cooking
  3. Peel eggs and rinse well
  4. Cut eggs in half and put cooked yolk in bowl
  5. Lay out Whites
  6. Add salt and pepper (paprika if you want)
  7. Crumble yolks with VERY clean hands
  8. Add Mayo
  9. Add Mustard
  10. Add relish
  11. Add juice from relish jar
  12. Mix all ingredients together well
  13. Use teaspoon and spoon the yolks into each egg.
  14. Top off with paprika
