Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup mayonase
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • sprinking of salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp minced onion

Directions:

  1. Boil 6 large brown chicken eggs in a medium to lage sized pot filled halfway up with water for 10 minutes.
  2. Peel eggs and cut lengthwise.
  3. Empty egg yolks into a bowl and compine with mayonase, mustard, onion, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix with fork until smooth. If not creamy enough for tastes add 1 tablespoon of mayonase until desired thickness.
  5. Spoon contents into egg halfs.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
