My Favorite Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and mash them with the mayonnaise, mustard, until smooth and velvety.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place equal amounts into hollows of each egg half.
  5. Garnish by sprinkling paprika over the top of the eggs.
