Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds

Directions:

  1. Place olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt, onion, and Dijon mustard in a blender; blend until well mixed. Stir poppy seeds into olive oil mixture.
