Deep Fried Spicy Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the peanut oil in deep fryer to 375
  2. Pour pumpkin seeds into deep fryer. I used the baket to hold them down
  3. Deep fry 10 mins
  4. Use a slotted spoon to get the seeds out
  5. Drain on paper towls or brown paper bag
  6. Season with spices
  7. Let cool and enjoy!
