Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Clean Pumpkin Seeds in water.
  2. Spread olive oil in 9in. round cake pan.
  3. Pour seeds in pan and sprinkel with sugar and cinn.
  4. Bake 400` for 15 min stirring often.
