Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, process the peppercorns on high setting until they are finely crushed, about 15 seconds.
  2. Roll the steaks in the ground pepper, pressing it into steaks with palm of hand.
  3. Melt the butter in a medium skillet and sauté the steaks to desired doneness.
  4. Remove the pan from heat, reserving the juices.
  5. Place the cooked steaks in a warm serving dish and set aside.
  6. To make a sauce: place the pan with the reserved juices over medium heat; add the whiskey, cream and Worcestershire sauce; reduce the mixture until it is thickened, about 5 to 8 minutes; add salt to taste.
  7. Pour warm sauce over the steaks and serve.
