Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp cumin
  • 1 - 2 dash(es) garlic powder
  • 3 medium onions
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • pinto beans , if desired
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 6 oz tomato paste ( min 6 oz.)
  • 2 can tomatoes and juice (#2 can)

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet or large pan. Drain very well. Saute onions in skillet after removing meat to drain. Add meat and rest of ingredients. Simmer over medium to low heat, adding water as needed, for 2 hours or more. Add pinto beans, if desired.
