Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup canned no-salt-added chicken broth, undiluted
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Use immediately or store in refrigerator. Use to marinate chicken, beef, pork, or fish (see chart, page 19), or stir into cooked rice or lentils.
