Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb queso fresco
  • 1/2 kg tapioca , almidon de yuca
  • 3 tbsp skim milk

Directions:

  1. Mezclar el queso con el almidón, la clara de huevo y la leche, mezclar hasta obtener una masa suave.
  2. Enmantecar una lata de horno y formar pequeñas bolitas, hacerle un pequeño agujerito con el dedo en la base.
  3. Poner separados porque crecen, hornear fuerte de 20 a 25 min aprox. sacarlos cuando esten dorados
