Cucumber and Onion Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Slice cucumbers and onion. Mix sugar and water together until dissolved. Add vinegar to sugar and water. Pour over cucumbers and onions. Let stand for 1 hour in refrigerator. Serve as salad.
