Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil
  2. Brown beef and drain
  3. Heat olive oil
  4. Saute onions and garlic
  5. Add peppers
  6. Add tomato paste
  7. Add beef stock
  8. Add vinegar
  9. Add olives
  10. Add spices
  11. Add peas and return beef to pan
  12. Cook covered over low-medium heat
  13. Bake or fry potatoes then add to pan
  14. Cover and let simmer addtional 15-20 mins.
  15. Serve with rice and salad
