Crusty Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumb
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Wash potatoes and dry.
  2. Roll in melted butter, then in crumbs.
  3. Place in greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hours.
