Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dice apples first, then bananas.
  2. Immediately place diced apples and bananas in a bowl and toss with the lemon juice to prevent them from browning.
  3. Now add pineapple tidbits, raisins and pecans and toss a little, but be gentle so you don't smoosh up the banana pieces.
  4. Add mayonnaise and mix gently just enough to mix it in.
  5. Serve over lettuce leaves.
