Ingredients:

  • 4 -5 cups bread cubes
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or a mix) or 1 tsp oregano (or a mix)

Directions:

  1. Mix the oil, garlic powder and herbs in a large bowl.
  2. Add the bread cubes and toss until coated all around.
  3. Get your wok really hot, add the bread and stir-fry until nicely browned.
