Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C/390F/Gas 6.
  2. Pour the milk and cream into a pan and slowly bring to the boil.
  3. Put the eggs and sugar into a bowl and mix well.
  4. Whilst the milk and cream is heating break up and place the croissants into an ovenproof dish.
  5. Sprinkle with the sultanas.
  6. When the milk and cream has boiled remove from the heat, add the egg and sugar mixture and the chocolate and stir well until the chocolate has melted.
  7. Add the whisky.
  8. Strain the mixture over the croissants, cover with foil and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until almost set.
  9. Place under a hot grill and serve.
