Crock Pot Creamy Spinach Noodle Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook noodles in a pot of salted, boiling water until just tender.
  2. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Toss with vegetable oil.
  4. Combine sour cream and flour in a large bowl, mixing well.
  5. Stir in cottage cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce and garlic salt.
  6. Fold noodles into mixture until well combined.
  7. Generously grease the inside of a slow cooker and pour in noodle mixture.
  8. Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
